You should be able to delete a certificate (and its related public/private keys) in keychain utility. Create a new certificate and it to your app id in the apple developer. Go to accounts tab and select the apple id.

I Finally Figured Out My Mistake.
Go to xcode > preferences > downloads, and install command line tools. Open keychain access.app select system in keychains menu on the left part of keychain application screen select certificates in category down menu remove all old certifications. Honestly i do not really know how to identify if a certificate is in keychain or not in mac, all i see is the cert is green.
